Pictures of Club Activities
We are a local branch of Serra International/SerraUSA, chartered as “Serra Club of Lake & Geauga Counties in Ohio.”

We are the “Lake-Geauga Serra Club“.

Launched in 1976, we are a volunteer group of women and men dedicated to supporting vocations in the Catholic Church.

The worldwide organization is known as Serra International and has groups in 42 countries. There are about 750 local clubs comprised of about 20,000 lay people.

Serra Club (not to be confused with Sierra Club) is named for the Franciscan priest Saint Junipero Serra whose mission work in California and Mexico serves us a splendid example of dedication to following God’s call.

The international group is organized into ten national councils. Our council is SerraUSA.

SerraUSA is divided into 14 regions, aligned with the Catholic Bishops’ regions.

Regions, in turn, are divided into districts. We belong to District 85 whose territory is Northeast Ohio.
